What Happens Next?

Stage One: The Application

Complete and return the enclosed application form to NST Recruitment. Take care to complete all sections of the form as this will speed up our processing of your application. Remember to be precise when recording details of any qualifications you hold.

Stage Two: Interview Days

We will process your application and reply to you within one week. If you are successful then we will contact your referees and invite you to attend an interview day at Winmarleigh Hall. During this time with us you will be given a complete introduction to The NST Travel Group and have a chance to meet people already working with the company. Your interview with one of our senior managers will be an informal, and we hope, rewarding experience.

Stage Three: Your Contract

You will be informed of the result of your interview within 10 working days. If you are successful then you will be offered a contract, which sets out the terms and conditions of your employment. Should you wish to accept the offer then you will need to sign and return the contract, retaining one copy for yourself. At this stage we will also carry out a Criminal Records Bureau check on you.

Note: Your contract is validated by the information given on the application form. If you state that you hold a qualification then the onus is on you to ensure that it is recognised with the appropriate body throughout your employment.

Stage Four: Final Information

About one month before you are due to start work we will confirm your final travel details and send you further information on the centre, things to bring with you, top tips etc.

Stage Five: Starting work

When you arrive at your centre you will be enrolled on to our Training Programme, which will combine an intensive period of practice and evaluation with some healthy teambuilding.

Stage Six: Spend a season with us

Have an enjoyable and fulfilling season at one of our properties.

Stage Seven: Re-apply

We are keen to invite the majority of our staff to re-apply each year. Your development as individuals is key to our development as a Division and to that end we will actively support your progression within our organisation.
