What to Expect
Why
do this kind of work?
This
is an excellent opportunity for people who are interested
in working with children, living and working in France, or
working in outdoor pursuits. You will gain some real, very
valuable 'hands on' experience whilst learning a variety of
other skills, both personal and practical. Alternatively you
may simply be looking for an enjoyable, rewarding way to spend
a year or gap year.
An
experience not to be missed!
What kind of people are we looking for?
We
need people who are 100% committed to ensuring that our clients
have the best possible stay with us. To enjoy life at one
of our properties you need to be prepared to work hard. The
hours can be long and the work physically demanding but it
will be varied and very rewarding. Flexibility is required
as is the ability to work well in a team.
What's
in it for you?
Our
commitment to our staff is clear from our common goal, which
is "to profitably develop the business by ensuring that our
staff, our clients and our business partners always have good
reason to stay with the company and become advocates for the
company"
As
part of our commitment to our staff team we have developed
a comprehensive and stimulating programme of training for
all staff. The training covers all aspects of work and is
continuous throughout your employment with NST. In addition
to our in house programme of training NST works with many
National Governing Bodies in Outdoor Activities as well as
with First Aid providers. There are many opportunities for
staff to gain and develop NGB awards and qualifications. NST
is working in partnership with an accredited NVQ Training
provider giving you the opportunity to gain nationally recognised
NVQ qualifications.
